We offer a fun and effective alternative to boring communication seminars. We start with a discussion with management to determine areas of improvement ‘as they see it’. We then administer individual behavioral style assessments to all members of the team, including leadership. We use the suggested areas of opportunities, information about your specific industry and assessment results to design the right workshop for you. This workshop can be done in several hours, or over the course of several days. The workshop is given to employees and management equally, and allows for an open forum of ideas and contribution. Over the course of the meetings, attendees will learn about their own communication strengths and weaknesses, and how to modify their style. Through discussion, roll-play, and demonstrations, problems will come to light, and solutions will be developed.
At the end of the workshop, the moderator will assist the team in coming up with their own organizational action plan to be put in place immediately. Periodic follow-up may be scheduled to assist the team in assessing and completing action items.
After the workshop is complete, all attendees will have access to a consultant for communication advice. A consultant will also meet with management and review the dynamic of their group, what was observed as strengths and weaknesses, and give suggestions for improvement and follow-up.

Attendees will then be taken through the complete process of building rapport, and the benefit to the business and themselves as a professional. At the end of the class, each attendee will be asked to complete their own action plan to provide better customer service, and how they will implement it over the next 30, 60, and 90 days. The moderator will then assist the group in coming up with checks and balances for the team to ensure top notch customer is achieved moving forward.
The class time frame is designed to meet management needs and restraints, and follow-up is available.
